1. Acceptance
By using Thrpy.to (“the Service”), operated by Dead Labs, Inc., you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Service description
Thrpy.to provides a link-in-bio page builder designed for mental health professionals. The Service is a marketing tool and is not intended for clinical use, patient communication, or the storage of protected health information.
3. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- One therapist page per account
- You must be a licensed mental health professional or in training to use the Service
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Post patient information, session notes, or clinical data on your page
- Misrepresent your credentials or licensure status
- Use the Service to harass, spam, or deceive
- Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
- Use automated tools to scrape or interfere with the Service
5. Content
You retain ownership of all content you post (text, photos, links). By using the Service, you grant us a license to display your content as part of your public page.
We may remove content that violates these terms or applicable law.
6. Payments and subscriptions
- The Free plan is available at no cost with no time limit
- Premium subscriptions are billed monthly ($9/month) or annually ($99/year)
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card information
- You can cancel anytime from your dashboard. Your page reverts to the Free plan
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings, which permanently removes all your data.
8. Disclaimers
- The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind
- We do not guarantee uptime, though we strive for high availability
- We are not responsible for the content of external links on your page
- The Service is not a medical device and is not subject to HIPAA regulations, as no protected health information is processed
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dead Labs, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
