Privacy Policy

Thrpy.to (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a link-in-bio service for therapists operated by Dead Labs, Inc. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

Thrpy.to is a marketing tool. No patient information, session notes, or clinical data is ever collected or stored.

Account information

• Email address (for authentication)
• Display name and credentials (for your public page)
• Profile photo (optional, stored in secure cloud storage)
• City and state (optional, displayed on your page)

Analytics data

• Page views and link click counts
• Hashed IP addresses (we never store raw IP addresses)
• Referrer URLs
• User agent strings

Payment information

• Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store credit card numbers.
• We store a Stripe customer ID and subscription ID to manage your plan.

• To create and display your public therapist page
• To provide page analytics (views and clicks)
• To process subscription payments via Stripe
• To send account-related emails (password resets, etc.)

We do not sell your data. We share data only with:

• Supabase — database and authentication hosting
• Stripe — payment processing
• Vercel — application hosting

Your account data is retained as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all data including your page, links, and analytics are permanently removed.

You can:

• Access and edit your data anytime from your dashboard
• Export your data by contacting us
• Delete your account and all data from Settings

We use essential cookies only for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
